RETREATS & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

My specialty is taking 1:1 career development content and scaling it to interactive group formats. I use your existing frameworks, language, and processes to connect colleagues, identify growth areas, and facilitate conversations around feedback and advancement. 

 

At Stanford, I partnered closely with colleagues in Stanford Career Education to co-develop the Career Accelerator, and I teach Designing the Professional, a course for graduate and professional students’ career development. 

 

As a consultant, I focus on keeping content localized to each team and organization. I have a baseline assumption that groups have all of the knowledge and skills they need, and that participants will benefit most through interaction and learning from each other. My most important role in this context is to facilitate that interaction.

For team off-sites and group retreats, I offer workshops oriented toward interpersonal connection and collaboration, as well as partnering with organizers to co-develop content or implement their existing ideas.
