Strengthening retention and driving intern conversions through career development programs for emerging tALENT.

Having taught college and graduate students for many years, I particularly enjoy leading programs that help students and recent grads grow as professionals and navigate the complex world of work. 

These include both tactical skills and community-building that supports inclusion and belonging at work. These programs are designed to:

While at Stanford, I partnered closely with colleagues in Career Education to co-develop the Career Accelerator, a learning series scaling career development content to interactive group formats.

Working with companies, I offer the option to customize with company models and frameworks, or use standard language and materials.
